Make sure you download the correct version!  HeiferPRO will not run if you install the incorrect version.  You can find the version by checking Help | About from the main menu of HeiferPRO.

Follow these instructions to update to HeiferPRO 4.4.2.1.

1) Make sure HeiferPRO is not currently running.

2) Click on the appropriate link below. 

    When the file download window appears, choose to SAVE the file to your "Desktop".

3)After the download is complete,  "open" or "run" the downloaded file to install the update.

4)You will need a Serial Number in order to install the update.  The Serial Number can be obtained by contacting ProfitSource.  You must be on our Support or EZ Pay Programs in order to obtain a Serial Number.
