We are currently working on instructional videos for all of our applications. These videos will be from 1 - 3 minutes long. Each video will pertain to a particular task. For example, in RationPRO MVP, we may have a video that shows you how to add a new ingredient. There may be another video that shows you how to edit an ingredient. We hope to have these videos ready by January 1, 2011

If you are a customer and have signed up as a member of a forum, please contact us so that we can register you on the appropriate customer only forum. Available for download to all customers is an application that will move your data files to a new computer. If you have purchased or going to purchase a new computer, this application will give you peace of mind in moving your data from your old computer to the new computer. You must sign up for the customer forum for HeiferPRO or DairyQuest. Thank you.
Mobile Computing In A Rugged Environment
DairyQuest Mobile is the perfect solution to increasing the number of animals that you can manage without creating a larger workload. How is this possible?
DairyQuest Mobile is a software program that communicates with DairyQuest. You have the ability to create lists of animals in DairyQuest that need to be managed. These lists along with the animals events and history are exported to DairyQuest Mobile.
Using RFID, DairyQuest Mobile will quickly tell you what event the animal needs to have done. From Vaccinations, Pen Moves, Vet Checks and more, you will be able to accomplish these tasks more efficiently.
DairyQuest Mobile can also be used without RFID. You may manually locate an animal and record events. This feature replaces the use of a PALM handheld computer.
Using DairyQuest Mobile on a Tablet PC allows DairyQuest Mobile to "Speak" to you and tell you what the animal needs to have done. No more trying to manually identify who the animal is. Let DairyQuest Mobile do the work for you!
Upon importing the data into DairyQuest from DairyQuest Mobile, DairyQuest will create the String/Pen Moves, Vaccinations, etc. This will greatly speed up your data entry. You will be capturing events as they occur and greatly reduce the amount of time that you are at a desktop computer recording data.
All of this greatly reduces data entry error and employee labor time. Both are money savers.
