Video Instructions

We are currently working on instructional videos for all of our applications. These videos will be from 1 - 3 minutes long. Each video will pertain to a particular task. For example, in RationPRO MVP, we may have a video that shows you how to add a new ingredient. There may be another video that shows you how to edit an ingredient. We hope to have these videos ready by January 1, 2011

If you are a customer and have signed up as a member of a forum, please contact us so that we can register you on the appropriate customer only forum. Available for download to all customers is an application that will move your data files to a new computer. If you have purchased or going to purchase a new computer, this application will give you peace of mind in moving your data from your old computer to the new computer. You must sign up for the customer forum for HeiferPRO or DairyQuest. Thank you.
New! Change languages on the fly in DairyQuest
DairyQuest now allows you to change the language at runtime. You can switch between English, Spanish and Serbian. This can allow employees to run DairyQuest in their native language!

We have added a new feature to DairyQuest and HeiferPRO. With Remote Hosting, you are now able to contact us with a chat window over the Internet. We can also remotely control your computer to help you solve problems. This will also allow us to do training over the Internet with you and your employees.

As you well know, it is difficult keeping up with technology. The demise of the hand held computers is a fine example. At one time the PALM was a leader in technology. It no longer is a player. The hand held computers have all evolved to cell phones.
With that change we migrated from the PALM to a Tablet PC. Where will it go next? Wherever it goes, we will be ready.
64-bit computers are now common place. Our first Windows program was a 16-bit version of RationPRO. We are now moving towards 64-bit programs
